Written in 55 BC!!! Yet it could have been said on last night’s news! In a sense, this is actually a bit encouraging, in that such things have happen before. What is even more encouraging is that God has seen it all before and He sees what is ahead. Man and the world system seem to cycle through the same things over and over, but the word of the Lord endures forever!

So let’s live by principle, not by circumstance!

For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, And His truth endures to all generations. (Psalm 100:5)
